What to Expect During Your Stay
at Our Vacation Rental Units
At Seashore on the Sand in Carlsbad, CA, you’ll find everything from beachfront properties and vacation rentals to special occasion venues and recommendations for entertainment and attractions in the area.
We want to make our guests feel comfortable, so we offer on-site services beyond your expectations. We’ll also address any issues you have immediately. Please read about our policies and amenities and then call or text.
General Rules
- Children and pets welcome: (Please enquire about pet fee ($). Limit two dogs up to 40 pounds each (per unit, per stay))
- Smoking not allowed
- Check-in at 3:00 pm and check-out at 10:00 am
- Entertainment: Wi-Fi Internet, Smart TV
- Cooking: Coffee maker, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, access to BBQ grill, refrigerator, toaster, utensils, cookware, dishware, blender, highchairs available
- Laundry: Open access to laundry room with washers and dryers, supplies available free of charge, iron and board
- Bath Amenities: Hair dryer, unlimited towels provided, walk-in shower
- Outside: Shared terrace right on the beach, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, boogie boards, beach toys, and frisbees available. All units except studios have private balconies facing the water above the sand.
