"Seashore on the Sand is in a fantastic location. From the studio we stayed in, you could walk straight onto the sand. Josie, Ed, and Teresa were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The property has everything you need for a relaxing stay, with fully furnished apartments, a communal deck with loungers, a new BBQ for sunset dinners, complimentary shared washers and dryers, on-demand movies, off-street parking, and beach essentials like chairs, umbrellas, and towels. Their local recommendations were a great bonus. Highly recommended."
"I've been coming to Carlsbad, California since the 70's when I first brought my oldest son to the Army Navy summer academy which is located in Carlsbad. It was then we realized that we found and fell in love with a quaint costal town filled with little shops and a variety of eateries throughout the village. We initially stayed at a variety of locations but ultimately fell in love with the Seahore on the Sand condo's which are located directly above the sand with balconies overlooking the ocean. First class accommodations and great and attentive management, on site. You cannot do better than staying here if you ever find your way to this southern California beach town for a visit."
