"Beautiful property right on the beach and a short walk to Carlsbad Village. We really enjoyed our weeklong stay. We had a few minor issues with our unit but the staff was very responsive and helpful. We also appreciated having a parking space inside the garage. Overall, a great experience and we look forward to our next visit!"
"From the moment I arrived to the moment I left the property I felt that Seashore On The Sand was my home. The staff is always ready to assist and make me feel comfortable with accomodations, recommendations and offering suggestions when I ask for one as well. Ed, the owner is always so kind, and made sure that I had the best view. Josie, who handles the office most days is so sweet and called me to make sure if I was coming back that my parking space was not blocked! The vacation rental unit was pristine clean and had all the kitchen utensils and cookware that I needed. The beds are so comfortable, I slept like a baby. The heating in the unit kept me very cozy on the comfortable couches, curled up in the extra blankets and pillows from the extra cabinets/storage. The sunset every day was astonishing and hearing the break of the waves the whole time was so therapuetic, I left there feeling peaceful.
I'd come back again and again! Anyone looking for a perfect vacation right on the sand, has to book this place! I'd say, book it as soon as you can because it's a gem and can get booked up quickly as we head into summer months as well!! Thank you Seashore on the Sand for a relaxing and delightful stay. "I can't say enough about how wonderful this spot is. We have stayed here 4x in the past. This charming beachside rental condo in Carlsbad is an absolute gem! Just steps away from the sand, it offers stunning ocean views from the balcony. The open-concept living area is cozy and stylish, with modern furnishings and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for preparing meals after a day in the sun. The location is unbeatable—close to local shops, cafes, and activities, yet still peaceful and relaxing. Whether you're lounging by the beach or enjoying the sunset from your patio, this condo provides the perfect coastal getaway. Loved that they provide beach chairs and toys for the kids. Can't wait for our next visit!"
"Updating my review 9 months later. The Owner Eddie was very kind and gave me a voucher to make up for the previous experience. He and his niece showed care and I booked a stay. It was a much needed experience. The check in and check out was perfect. The apartment was full equipped with everything, the bed and pillows very comfortable, the place was clean and steps from the sand. Check in and check out were smooth. The ladies even called to make sure I had the door code and kindly offered to help me unload the car. It was an absolutely wonderful experience this time around. "Seashore on The Sand is a true gem. We felt the warmth, welcoming and hospitality from the very beginning, and the communication was always smooth, polite and prompt. The apartment is perfectly located right on the sand and it is well equipped. The views of the Majestic Pacific are spectacular and we spotted numerous dolphins, seals and other wildlife every day. It was a perfect retreat for nourishing the mind and body.
The staff is so kind and takes such good care of the guests. We would love to come back to this beautiful place in Carlsbad."
