"We are inland California, but have never stayed overnight on the ocean. This rental is literally on the ocean and you can’t get any closer. Waking up to the ocean (and the beautiful sounding seagulls) nearly at your door step is unmatched. And the sun sets were the most beautiful and clear we’ve seen. The manager, Lisa,was staying on-site our weekend and greeted us with such enthusiasm and was so sweet to our toddler. We believe the owner was onsite too and he was very pleasant as well. Very dog friendly and kid friendly first floor. We highly recommend this property and will be back quarterly!"

I had the most wonderful, respite at Seashore on the Sand. Ed and Laura were, off the hook, as far as accomodating all my needs. I found them both to be so kind and warm. Just what I needed. It was my birthday and Laura brought me a birthday cake, a BIG, delicious cake. I felt so comfortable and at ease because of my beautiful surroundings. Seashore by the Sand is literally on the sand. It doesnt get any better than this.
I loved everything about my room. The view from the balcony and the room was postcard perfect.
I spent 5 fabulous days and I cannot wait to go back.

"Beautifully decorated units right on the beach! Everything we needed was provided (beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards). It's in walking distance to downtown Carlsbad, yet it's quiet and peaceful... I loved that it had an indoor area and an outdoor deck for all guests located on the 1st floor, so even if you aren't staying on the first floor, you can sit on the deck right next to the sand - and you can step down from the deck to the sand, it's that close to the beach. We had a GREAT stay! I already miss the beautiful ocean view."
